ABoUT SAWTooTH BREWERY

Beer from the Heart of Idaho!  That was the dream in 2011, when Kevin Jones & Paul Holle founded Sawtooth Brewery in Ketchum, Idaho.  Opening on 11/11/11 in a blizzard was just the beginning.  After many years at what is now the Hotel Ketchum, Sawtooth Brewery opened the Public House in Ketchum in February 2016, the Tap Room in Hailey in July 2016, and consolidated production in Hailey in November 2016.

In December 2020 Sawtooth Brewery lauched Atmos Brewing Co. Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer and Creekside Hard Seltzer to round out the product family.

Sawtooth Brewery is now distributed in Idaho, Montana, & Utah and nationwide with Atmos Brewing.  They have their Outpost food truck to host events such as Riverfest, Hailey Live, Ketchum Oktoberfest, the Sawtooth Valley Gathering, in addition to catering many events and private parties.  We brew on a 15bbl Brewhouse and can all of our products in-house.
